About the role:

As a Warehouse & Logistics Officer, you’ll be responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient handling of materials that support maintenance, outages and production on site. You’ll work across warehouse operations, inventory systems and logistics coordination—ensuring the right materials are available when needed to keep the plant running.

We're looking for a practical, hands-on Asset Engineer to support the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of our LPG fleet and associated infrastructure across Australia.

Working within our LPG Operations & Field Services team, you'll play a key role in the management of heavy vehicle assets, maintenance programs, refurbishments, inspections, and capital projects. This is a diverse role that combines field-based operational support with office-based coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management.

You'll work closely with operations teams, maintenance providers, equipment suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure our LPG fleet and assets remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting out into the field, solving practical problems, working with heavy vehicles and equipment, and building strong relationships with operational teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Support the ongoing maintenance, refurbishment, and performance of our LPG fleet and associated plant equipment
Coordinate heavy vehicle build programs, modifications, repairs, inspections, and capital works projects
Monitor fleet performance, maintenance activities, asset reliability, and associated costs
Work closely with maintenance providers, workshops, contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure quality outcomes
Assist with incident investigations, damage assessments, and corrective action activities

Managing a range of customer enquiries relating but not limited to inbound safety and welfare monitoring service calls, emergency, non-emergency, and fault calls.
Providing an excellent customer experience.
Dispatching of service orders within regulatory and contractual timeframes, providing notification to the Senior Response Officer if this performance measure is at risk of being breached.
Notifying the Senior Response Officer immediately of any incident which has the potential to escalate.
