About the role:

Reporting to the Condabri Facilities Supervisor, the Multi Skilled Operator plays a critical role in the safe and reliable operation of the Condabri Gas Processing Facilities. This role is responsible for day-to-day plant operations and carrying out maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability, efficiency and asset integrity. Working collaboratively with the site team, the Multi Skilled Operator will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance and operational excellence.

Why the role matters?

• Operate and monitor gas processing and utility systems to ensure safe, stable and efficient plant performance
• Respond to plant alarms and abnormal operating conditions, taking timely and appropriate corrective action
• Conduct routine inspections, identify defects and raise work orders in maintenance management systems
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance activities in line with site procedures and schedules
• Actively contribute to safety initiatives, risk management processes and continuous improvement outcomes

What will you bring?

• Experience in gas processing, facilities or similar operational environments, including compression, dehydration and utilities
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience working with engines, pumps and compressors
• A safety-first mindset with demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and risk management
• Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications such as a Cert III in Process Plant Operations or a mechanical/electrical trade background, along with a current driver’s licence (HR, EWP or Forklift tickets highly regarded)
