ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Reedy Creek Field Superintendent the Multi-Skilled Operator is responsible for monitoring, optimising and maintaining field gas production equipment.

The Multi-skilled Operator position is primarily site-based on a rotational roster based out of central Queensland.

More about the role:

• Manage the integrity and production performance of an allocated field area within the Reedy Creek area
• Monitor field production equipment and intervene when required to keep plant operational and within safe operating envelopes or defects identified quickly and repaired
• Performing well facility and gathering adjustments for optimisation
• Conducting local and remote start-up / shutdown/isolation of assets as required complying with relevant SOP’s
• Fault Find & Troubleshoot production equipment
• Service, maintain, repair and replace production equipment – preventative and corrective maintenance
• Work within the planning and scheduling systems as well as tracking tools to ensure status of the well and activity is up to date

More about you:

• Competent in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of Coal Seam Gas or related activity
• Understanding of procedural and system requirements for CSG operations
• Ability to understand various lift technologies, and pumping equipment /separations systems
• A mechanical and/or electrical & instrumentation trade or tertiary education in an engineering or construction discipline is desirable 

In this residential role, you will live permanently in the Maranoa Regional Council area (Roma or surrounding towns), though, whilst on shift, you will be based in camp at the Reedy Creek Asset (99km from Roma). Alternatively you may choose to reside in either of the two local townships (Yuleba or Wallumbilla) within 45 minutes’ drive from the Reedy Creek site.
