About the role:

Are you a natural relationship‑builder who thrives in regional communities? Join Origin’s Access West Team and play a pivotal role enabling positive, long‑lasting partnerships with landholders across the Western Downs & Maranoa region. As a Stakeholder Liaison – Land Access, you’ll be the first point of contact for landholders, helping establish the trust and transparency essential for CSG field development while supporting the end‑to‑end access, negotiation, and engagement process that delivers outcomes for both community and business.

 

Why the role matters?

  • Initiate first contact and build trusted relationships with landholders and regional stakeholders.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to keep stakeholders informed across all project phases.
  • Support end‑to‑end CSG development processes and assist with agreements, access, and compensation.
  • Lead resolution of issues, conflicts, and stakeholder concerns to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Prepare key documentation including Terms of Access and basic compensation approval requests.

 

What will you bring?

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships, including conflict resolution and influencing without authority.
  • Understanding of rural property, land management, and landholder needs.
  • A positive, self‑motivated approach with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of oil & gas operations, CSG land access frameworks, and relevant legal considerations.
