The Role

 

Reporting to the Asset General Manager, the Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of the Facilities within the Reedy Creek, Combabula & Peat (RCCP) asset, which includes all gas processing facilities and water treatment facilities.  You will ensure that the facilities are operated in a safe and reliable condition and in accordance with all relevant regulations/acts, operating procedures and agreed operating and maintenance philosophies and schedules. In this position, you will hold the role of Site Safety Manager as prescribed within the P&G Act.

 

The Facilities Manager position is primarily site based on a rotational 14 days on, 14 days off roster based onsite at Reedy Creek, but may involve work at any of Integrated Gas' Queensland assets. From time to time there may be a requirement to work from the Brisbane office.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

 

  • Visible leader for HSE and Leadership – living Origin's values and behaviours
  • Meeting safety targets for the Assets facilities and team
  • Meeting production targets for the Asset's facilities
  • Ensuring compliance with all operational and maintenance procedures and policies
  • Developing and maintaining an engaged, competent and motivated workforce
  • Maintaining compliance with the Asset Safety Management Plans
  • Ensuring compliance with all Emergency Response Plans and act as SERT Lead whilst on shift

 

Is This You?

 

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

 

  • Relevant Engineering or Trade qualifications
  • Senior facility or field management experience in oil and gas production operations
  • Extensive experience in leading field based teams
  • Strong technical knowledge of CSG operations and plant maintenance
  • Able to think strategically and develop key change, development and improvement initiatives
  • Emergency Response management experience
  • Maintenance experience in CMMS, execution and reporting/analytics
