About the role:

Join Origin’s LPG Operations & Field Services team as an Asset Delivery Manager, based at our Bulwer Island terminal in Brisbane. This is a key leadership role overseeing terminal operations, site maintenance and imports, with responsibility for leading a diverse team of terminal operators and ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations.

Working closely with teams across Logistics, Engineering, Scheduling and Service & Installation, you’ll drive operational performance, continuous improvement and cost efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on safety, customer service and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee day-to-day terminal operations, improving productivity, throughput and operational efficiency.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes, reduce costs and enhance supply chain performance.

• Manage site maintenance, asset upgrades and capital planning to ensure reliable and compliant operations.

• Maintain compliance with safety requirements, operating procedures, licences and regulatory standards.

• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver business objectives and a high level of customer service.
  
  

What will you bring?

• A Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Management or Project Management, or a relevant trade qualification in Gas, Mechanical or Electrical with demonstrable industry experience.

• At least five years’ experience leading and managing teams in a complex operational environment.

• Extensive terminal management experience, ideally within LPG, natural gas, petrochemicals, manufacturing or a similar industry.

• Strong experience in contractor management, safety, risk management and regulatory compliance, including experience managing a Major Hazard Facility.

• Commercial acumen, with a proven ability to manage budgets, improve operational performance and deliver business outcomes.

• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate teams, navigate change and drive continuous improvement.
