About the role:

As a Multi‑Skilled Operator in our Condabri Brownfields team, you’ll play a hands‑on role executing intervention, maintenance, and upgrade activities across our field production assets. Working on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster, you’ll support safe, compliant operations, fault‑find problems, and help deliver critical brownfield project outcomes—keeping energy flowing for communities across Australia.

Why the role matters?

• Execute brownfields intervention and project scopes, including MOC, demolition, installation, and upgrades.
• Conduct start‑up, shutdown, and isolation activities in line with SCoW, SOPs and safety standards.
• Fault‑find, troubleshoot and return production equipment to service safely.
• Complete wellsite upgrades and maintenance, coordinating materials, tools, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and support planning, scheduling, and reporting requirements.

What will you bring?

• Demonstrated experience in CSG, Oil & Gas, or similar industrial field operations.
• Strong understanding of production equipment, process systems, and permit‑to‑work/isolation practices.
• Ability to read work packs, scopes, P&IDs and follow safe execution processes.
• Qualifications such as trade, HR licence, forklift, EWP/working at heights required, and experience with CMMS (SAP preferred).
• A safety‑first mindset, great problem‑solving skills, teamwork, and clear communication.
