The role 

 

Are you ready to play your role in leading Australia’s energy transition? Australia is on the precipitous of an energy revolution - from EVs on the road, to batteries soaking up the hot Australian sun – how we consume, store and use energy will never be the same.  

We’re looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to join Origin’s Electrify team, helping Australians on their home electrification journey from solar and batteries to EV charging and energy orchestration. 

In this exciting role, you’ll support the strategy and execution of marketing, partnership, and campaign activity that drives growth across our home electrification products. You’ll collaborate with product, operations, and business development teams to attract new customers and enhance engagement with existing ones. 

You’ll: 

  • Lead electrification focused campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement. 

  • Develop digital customer journeys across paid, owned, earned, and partner channels. 

  • Use insights and data to optimise performance and improve customer lifetime value. 

  • Collaborate with creative, content, CRM and performance teams to bring ideas to life. 

  • Embrace technology, AI, and innovative marketing tools to work smarter and deliver results.

About you 

 

You’re a creative, customer-focused marketer who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You combine strategic thinking with commercial focus and aren’t afraid to test, learn, and innovate. 

You’ll bring: 

  • Marketing experience, across digital, campaign, and/or product marketing. 

  • Experience managing marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and engagement. 

  • Experience collaborating across teams and with external partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into action. 

  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders. 

  • A genuine passion for innovation, sustainability and the energy transition and excitement to help customers electrify their homes.
