About the role:

 

The Specialist - Customer CRM is responsible for supporting the effective utilisation of our customer engagement platform to enhance marketing initiatives and drive customer satisfaction.

 

In this role, you will ensure the quality and compliance of platform processes while collaborating with Campaign Managers and the Customer Engagement Platform Lead to meet data and platform requirements. By leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail, you will contribute to the optimisation of customer engagement strategies, safeguard customer data, and facilitate seamless campaign execution. Your efforts will play a vital role in fostering lasting customer relationships and supporting the overall marketing mission of the organisation.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing on the customer engagement platform to ensure all features and functionalities meet established standards and requirements.
  • Support the Customer Lifecycle & CRM Lead in managing martech initiatives, providing insights on platform performance, and recommending enhancements to improve user experience.
  • Assist Campaign Managers by gathering and analysing data requirements for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and performing QA before campaigns are released.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation of processes and workflows related to the use of the customer engagement platform, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Monitor platform usage to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies, safeguarding customer data and privacy.

What will you bring?

 

  • CRM / Martech / CMS Platforms: Skilled in customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Adobe and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Data Management: Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, and best practices for managing customer data.
  • Familiarity with Data Privacy Regulations. Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for managing customer data privacy, ensuring compliance and security across the platform.
  • Project management: Basic project management skills or experience, including the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of platform initiatives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Great interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
