Help shape customer communications for millions of Australians

At Origin, we’re on a mission to get energy right for our customers, communities and planet. We’re looking for a Content & Experience Specialist to join our Marketing team and help deliver clear, engaging communications across our digital platforms.

You’ll work in the Customer Communications Experience & Personalisation team, crafting content that informs, supports and connects with customers across web, email and print.

What you'll do

  • Create clear, engaging customer communications across digital channels
  • Deliver mandatory communications aligned to customer preferences
  • Apply UX and behavioural principles to improve communication effectiveness
  • Ensure content meets compliance and accessibility standards
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to implement content strategies
  • Continuously improve content processes and customer outcomes

What you’ll bring

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and empathy
  • Experience working with CMS platforms
  • Understanding of UX principles and customer communication best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
