About the role
 
As part of the Origin Retail Marketing team, this position leads the development and governance of customer content across all customer-facing touchpoints — digital and offline. You’ll shape how our brand and information come to life through our content systems, ensuring every interaction feels clear, helpful and on-brand, whether it’s in the Origin app, website, email, customer communications or printed materials.

Reporting to the Lead – Customer Communications, Experience & Personalisation, you’ll play a key role in uplifting how we manage and publish content in our CMS platforms (primarily WordPress), ensuring our customer experiences are consistent, compliant and accessible. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Digital and Operations to continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey, from online self-service to assisted and offline experiences.
 
Key responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for the creation and optimisation of content across multiple channels — including app, website, email, SMS, call centre scripts and printed materials. Ensuring a seamless and consistent experience and deadlines are meet.
  • Contribute to CMS governance, workflow and publishing standards, embedding best practice in how we structure, tag and maintain content across our platforms.
  • Champion best-practice CMS management =, including metadata, accessibility, SEO and compliance with design system standards.
  • Support the implementation of personalised and data-driven content experiences that make interactions more relevant and meaningful for customers.
  • Act as a key Brand guardian, ensuring Origin’s tone of voice and design system are consistently applied across all content and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with UX, CX, Fulfilment and Operations to ensure digital experiences are mirrored and supported across offline content.
  • Operate within a highly regulated and compliant industry, ensuring all content meets legal, regulatory and brand standards.

What will you bring?

 

  • Proven experience in content design, CMS management or digital publishing roles.
  • High proficiency with WordPress (or similar enterprise CMS such as Sitecore, Contentful), including structured content creation, governance and workflow management.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel content delivery,  how digital and offline channels work together to create consistent customer experiences.
  • Experience with SEO, structured metadata and content personalisation strategies.
  • Experience working within a UX / CX environment using applications like Figma
