About the Role

Join Origin's Centralised Energy Services (CES) team and lead the delivery of strategic technology and business transformation initiatives that improve customer outcomes and modernise critical business capabilities.

You'll partner with stakeholders across Technology, Digital and the business to deliver complex, enterprise-wide projects spanning platforms including Kraken, Salesforce and Origin's core systems. From planning through to implementation, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities and ensure successful delivery of initiatives that support Origin's transformation agenda.

The opportunity

• Lead the migration of approximately 12,000–15,000 remaining WIN customers onto the Kraken platform, delivering a seamless experience for customers with complex requirements.
• Drive the migration of CES's contracts database into Salesforce, modernising contract management and improving operational efficiency.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, including General Managers, to align priorities, manage risks and deliver strategic outcomes.
• Build strong delivery partnerships across Technology, Digital and business teams to successfully deliver enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Play a key role in shaping how Origin manages complex customer journeys and modernises critical business processes.

What you'll bring

You'll be an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex technology and business transformation initiatives within large, matrixed organisations.

You'll also bring:

• Demonstrated experience leading projects end-to-end, from initiation through to implementation and close.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
• Experience working across multiple delivery methodologies and adapting your approach to suit different project environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to navigate complex systems, processes and data.
• Excellent planning, governance and risk management skills, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
