About the role:
 

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for LPG. Reporting to the Group Manager Residential Sales, Marketing & Service, you will collaborate within a small team of marketers and help to deliver on the Business Unit’s sales targets via acquisition of new customers to Origin or engagement of our current customer base.

Support the management of our segmentation and targeting approach to ensure your team can deliver strong Customer Lifetime Value and deliver personalised campaigns for different consumer groups and experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Consider the entire marketing funnel while also having strong understanding of product marketing constructs within a highly competitive market.
• Working within the parameters of a clear budget, strategy and goals, you will continuously look for new ways to compete in market and drive brand creative and sales outcomes alongside your peers.
• Support to manage margin impact and work alongside the sales team to develop and bring to market offers and structures that meet evolving consumer needs.
• Understand Origin’s commercial objectives and value creation drivers, to translate them into key marketing initiatives and delivers on them to enhance shareholder value.
• Set and work to challenging targets, delivers on key initiatives, maintain high quality and look for opportunities to exceed expectations to support business performance.

What will you bring?

• The ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including analysing market trends, identifying target audiences, and planning long-term initiatives.
• Proficiency in analysing data from various sources to make informed decisions. This includes understanding metrics, KPIs, and using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, create compelling marketing content, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Finding creative solutions to challenges and obstacles in marketing initiatives.
• Overseeing marketing initiatives from start to finish, ensuring efficient execution and team alignment.
• Managing marketing budgets and timelines to ensure successful, on-time market launches within budget constraints.
