About the Role

 

Join Origin's Legal team and partner with our People & Culture function and senior leaders on some of the organisation's most significant employment and industrial relations matters.

 

You'll provide strategic legal advice across enterprise bargaining, organisational change, workplace investigations, employment disputes and broader workplace relations matters. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help the business navigate complex workplace issues, manage legal risk and deliver practical solutions that support Origin's people and business objectives.

What you'll bring

 

You'll be an Australian qualified lawyer with significant employment and industrial relations experience, gained either in-house or in a leading employment practice.

 

You'll also bring:

 

  • 10+ years post admission experience.
  • Deep expertise in employment and industrial relations law, including advising on workplace safety, psychosocial safety and workplace compliance matters.
  • Experience leading enterprise bargaining and advising on complex workplace matters.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to build trusted partnerships across the organisation.
