About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Experience Designer to uplift the end-to-end digital sales experience across Origin’s online channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys simplifying complex journeys, improving conversion, and creating intuitive experiences that help customers confidently navigate their energy choices.

 

You’ll use a human-centred approach to identify friction points, streamline interactions, and design solutions that enhance customer acquisition. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help deliver meaningful, iterative improvements that drive both customer and business outcomes.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with product, marketing, analytics and technology teams to define and deliver great digital sales experiences
  • Use research and behavioural insights to uncover opportunities that improve conversion and reduce friction
  • Develop and validate design solutions that balance customer needs, commercial value and technical feasibility
  • Contribute to product roadmaps and prioritise high-impact improvements
  • Apply scalable design patterns and provide clear direction to cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is delivered

 

About you

You’re passionate about creating seamless, customer-centric digital journeys that make choosing Origin simple and intuitive.

  • Solid experience in UX and Human-Centred Design, ideally within digital sales or customer acquisition journeys.
  • Skilled in research, synthesis and turning insights into clear, actionable design solutions.
  • Proficient with Figma, Miro, Asana, Confluence and able to learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
