About the role:
As the Senior Digital Insights Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping Origin deliver a leading digital sales experience that customers love.
Sitting within the Digital Sales team, you’ll leverage your deep expertise in Adobe Digital Analytics and a strong data-driven mindset to uncover opportunities that increase digital performance, conversion and adoption.
You’ll partner closely with Product, Design and Delivery teams to provide clear, actionable insights that inform prioritisation, shape solutions to key customer and business challenges, and measure the impact of digital improvements.
Your ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives and practical recommendations will be critical in optimising our digital ecosystem and driving meaningful commercial outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze data from Adobe Analytics and other sources to identify trends, uncover opportunities and optimize digital sales performance.
- Provide clear actionable insights that improve website and app conversion, engagement and customer experience.
- Support the prioritisation of high-impact initiatives by connecting data- insights with business objectives and customer outcomes.
- Clearly frame problems and opportunities, translating insights for effective digital solution definition.
- Lead analytics implementation, including Adobe Launch tracking, and enhance Tableau dashboard capabilities.
- Develop performance reporting, track key digital KPIs, and ensure the benefits of digital initiatives are clearly measured and realized.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (product, marketing, sales & operations) to align insights to digital targets and go to market activity.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, data-led decision making and performance visibility across the Digital team & wider business.
What will you bring?
You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field paired with 5 years + experience in digital analytics, specializing in Adobe Digital Analytics.
- Analyse complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of web analytics, conversion funnels, and attribution modelling.
- Proficient in SQL or eager to develop SQL skills; experienced with Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.
- Understand cost, ROI, and link digital experiences to business outcomes.
