About the Role:
As the Channel Effectiveness Lead within the SME Sales team, you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence across our channel partner network. Your primary focus will be on supporting data and process management related to sales commission reporting, as well as leading change management initiatives that enhance partner performance. You'll collaborate closely with Channel Managers and build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic, commercial, and financial objectives are achieved and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive operational performance across sales channels to meet targets on customer acquisition, channel efficiency, and cost per sale, while supporting optimisation initiatives.

Deliver accurate and timely sales reporting, pipeline insights, and commission reconciliations to support decision-making and ensure vendor payments.

Ensure third-party sales channels comply with legal, regulatory, and Origin-specific standards, managing quality checks and supporting complaint resolution.

Build strong internal and external relationships to identify operational efficiencies and influence channel improvement initiatives.

Lead and support training programs for third-party channels to meet performance and compliance KPIs.

Support change initiatives, process improvements, and the development of operational frameworks that enhance overall channel effectiveness.
About You:
- You will have proven analytical skills, attention to detail and advanced Excel capabilities.

You’re commercially minded with a clear understanding of sales performance drivers such as conversion, cost per sale, and pipeline management.

You bring a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within a sales or channel environment ideally gained in the energy industry.

You’re a confident communicator who can build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

You thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and are proactive in driving process improvements.
