About the Role

Join Origin's Enterprise Technology, Operations & Analytics team and play a key role in delivering technology initiatives that create lasting business value.Reporting to the Head of Business Technology Enablement & Delivery, you'll lead end-to-end technology projects from business case through to implementation and benefits realisation. You'll manage delivery across agile, waterfall and hybrid environments, partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and successfully adopted by the business. Organisational change management is a critical part of this role, with success measured not only by delivery, but by the business outcomes achieved.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and benefits realisation.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, project teams and delivery partners to drive alignment and successful outcomes.
• Lead organisational change activities, including communications, engagement, training and adoption planning to embed sustainable change.
• Manage project governance, risks, issues, financials and vendor performance while ensuring compliance with Origin's delivery frameworks.
• Champion continuous improvement by strengthening project delivery practices, governance and reusable delivery approaches across the portfolio.

About You

You're an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading complex technology initiatives and bringing people together to deliver successful outcomes. You'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering medium to large technology projects from initiation through to implementation and operational handover.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and lead cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated organisational change management experience, including business readiness, communications, training and benefits realisation.
• Experience working across agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery environments, with strong project governance, financial and vendor management capability.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline. Project management (PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile) and/or change management certifications will be highly regarded.
