About the role:

As a Program Delivery Manager at Origin Energy, you will hold a pivotal position in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic programs for our key C&I customers. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing program progress, mitigating risks, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and clients. This role will play a crucial part in maximizing value for both parties and upholding Origin's commitment to excellence in program delivery. You will work on large C&I programs of Solar, BESS, decarbonisation activities and other onsite energy solutions that directly impact our customers journey to net zero.

  • Managing the successful delivery of strategic programs as agreed upon with the clients
  • Monitoring and reporting the process of programs internally to keep all stakeholders informed
  • Facilitating a comprehensive handover document from sales to delivery, covering commercial and operational risks negotiated during the deal closure
  • Identifying and mitigating risk associated with the program to ensure its smooth execution
  • Ensuring payment milestones are met, maintaining financial integrity


What will you bring?

  • Similar experience in a Program Delivery Manger or Senior Project Manager role working on large commercial projects in Energy or Utilities
  • Excellent and demonstratable experience in Communication and Senior Stakeholder Management
  • Exceptional problem solving and decision making abilities with a proactive and solution oriented mindset
  • Detail oriented and highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Strong commercial acumen and project management skills
