The Role


Responsible for exploring the future needs of customers, O hub is a customer focused & agile division that is charged with creating new propositions, business models and revenue streams that connect our customers with market leading solutions.


We're currently seeking expressions of interest for a Product Delivery Analyst, on a 12 month contract, to deliver new Solar, Home Services and Integrated Energy product propositions and managing the health and optimisation of the product set ongoing.


The Product Delivery Analyst is responsible for:


  • Maintaining and updating the relevant IT systems (Salesforce & SAP) and processes in place to support the management of existing products, as well as the delivery of new products. 
  • Manage the day to day health of the Products , Pricing and Customer Packs (for nominated products);
  • Participating in the forming of "teams" to focus on the rapid delivery of new product propositions from pilot to scale;
  • Supporting the Product Delivery Lead on scoping the end to end delivery requirements of new product propositions
  • Identification and communication of risks, issues and mitigation plans for new initiatives. 
  • Work with stakeholders on solution design to create a great user and customer experience. 
  • Work with IT, Digital, Marketing, Operations, Sales, & Service and other stakeholders to develop, test and launch new product propositions in the market


Is This You?


To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience in product delivery or change management, good stakeholder management skills, highly organised and excellent communication skills.  In addition you will also possess the following:


  • Demonstrated experience in product, business analysis, project or initiative support roles
  • A proactive focus on the customer and driving outcomes
  • Strong collaboration and engagement within a cross functional team
  • A mindset of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Ability to turn ideas/concepts into a delivery approach
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of what 'digital first' means and what the opportunities are
  • Experience in maintaining and updating IT and Digital solutions, including SAP and/or Salesforce.
