This includes maintaining a panel of external investigators and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Enhance organisational learning and knowledge retention: Establish and maintain a central repository for organisational learnings, ensuring easy access and retention of corporate knowledge to improve learning from HSE processes and other business processes.
  • Monitor industry trends and incorporate learnings: Proactively track external trends and emerging industry insights, incorporating these lessons into Origin’s business processes in alignment with the HSE Learning Vision and Strategy.
  • Coach, mentor, and build capacity in causal learning: Train, mentor, and support investigators and team members, enhancing the organization's capacity for learning by sharing best practices, facilitating investigations, and leading learning sessions to improve investigation processes and outcomes.
