About the Role

This is a senior, hands-on role with functional ownership of SAP Procurement, ARIBA (including Business Network) across our ERP landscape. You’ll play a key role in ensuring procurement processes are supported by systems that are stable, effective, and continuously improving.

Working within an Agile environment, you’ll partner with stakeholders to manage incidents, deliver enhancements, and improve how the system supports day-to-day operations.

This role is focused on the ongoing performance of the system, with a strong emphasis on solving issues, improving functionality, and supporting the business through change.

You will:

• Lead SAP Procurement capability across SAP S/4HANA, P2P and SAP Ariba processes
• Design and optimise end‑to‑end procurement processes, ensuring SAP‑standard, scalable solutions
• Drive Agile delivery, mentoring teams, managing backlogs, and shaping user stories with Product Owners and service providers
• Deliver enhancements, support incident resolution and system updates and continuous improvement initiatives across BAU operations
• Contribute to system governance to support quality and stability

About You

You’re an experienced SAP Procurement specialist who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, and improving how systems support the business.

You bring a practical mindset and are comfortable working in environments where you're managing system issues, delivering improvements, and supporting ongoing operations.

You communicate clearly, work well with stakeholders across business and technology, and take a structured approach to documenting and delivery solutions.

You’ll bring:

• Extensive experience in SAP Procurement / P2P, including S/4HANA
• Hands-on SAP configuration capability (MM / Procurement)
• Experience working in SAP BAU / support environments (incidents, system issues)
• Experience delivering SAP enhancements and functional changes
• Strong understanding of procurement processes (sourcing, category management, vendor management, service procurement)
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA Procurement

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience with SAP Ariba and/or Fieldglass
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments

This role can be based in Melbourne (preferred) or Brisbane. We’re open to discussing how this could work for you.
