About the Role 

 

This is a senior functional role within our Enterprise Resource Platforms & Operations team, with accountability for how SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) supports the business end-to-end.

 

You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across operations and technology to understand challenges, shape solutions and continuously improve how our systems enable asset performance. The role brings together solution design, system optimisation and platform governance across SAP S/4HANA and mobility tools. Working in an Agile environment, you’ll contribute to prioritisation, guide delivery outcomes and help ensure changes are practical, scalable and aligned to business needs. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead design, configuration and enhancement of SAP EAM solutions across SAP S/4HANA landscape, in addition to optimising the current end-to-end process. 

  • Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into fit-for-purpose system solutions 

  • Support integration requirements across SAP modules and ensure a stable, well-governed platform 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement, roadmap planning (by identifying opportunities for automation, standardisation and digital optimisation) and Agile delivery activities 

  • Drive asset management reporting and analytics capabilities by enabling business insights using tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).   

  • Share knowledge and support capability uplift across the team 

 

About You:

 

You bring experience working with SAP in asset-intensive environments and enjoy solving complex problems in a way that works for both the system and the people using it. You’re comfortable working across teams, asking the right questions and influencing outcomes, while keeping a strong focus on practical delivery. 

 

You’ll bring experience in areas such as: 

 

  • Significant experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM), with strong hands-on configuration skills.  

  • Certification in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance or Asset Management (or equivalent)

  • Experience working across integrated SAP landscapes and business stakeholders 

  • Exposure to Agile delivery environments or similar ways of working (preferred but not must)
