About the role
Reporting to the Executive Assistant – EGM People & Culture, this role provides high quality executive and team support to the People & Culture Leadership Team. You’ll play a central role in enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities while contributing to a positive, collaborative and values led culture. This is a part-time opportunity, available three days per week.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively manage schedules, meetings, travel and priorities for senior leaders
- Coordinate agendas, papers, events and logistics across leadership forums
- Provide end to end administrative support, including expenses, systems and compliance activities
- Support internal communications, reporting and preparation of presentations and papers
- Build strong relationships across the business, delivering professional and friendly service.

- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment
- Advanced capability across Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and digital collaboration tools
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Professional, discreet and trusted, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, positive and team oriented with a genuine desire to support others
