About the role

A new opportunity to join as the Personal Assistant & Team Administrator, for our Enterprise & Strategic business. This is a pivotal role providing high level support to General Managers and other senior leaders. You will be the person they rely on to keep priorities moving, maintain rhythm across the division, and ensure the team operates smoothly and professionally.

Partnering closely with leadership team who lead Origin’s largest energy customer portfolios, helping them stay organised, informed, and focused on delivering strategic outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Provide high-level administrative support including meeting coordination, town halls, travel, and managing team operating rhythms.
  • Manage documents and information by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, presentations, and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate team events and engagement activities.
  • Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and assisting team members with project tasks.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism while supporting customer communication processes.

You will be an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Known for your calm, organised approach, you anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and bring a high level of professionalism, discretion, and care to every interaction. You will also have;

 

  • Demonstrate experience in corporate administration, in a matrix style organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High accuracy in data processing, documentation, and record management.
  • Clear, concise communication skills.
  • You take ownership of your work, stay adaptable, and bring positive energy to the team.
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Adaptable, calm under pressure, and comfortable shifting between tasks.
