At Origin, we are looking for a strategic content thinker who can design communication experiences that drive growth in electrification. This role sits at the intersection of language, systems, customer behaviour and technology. It is about how content works, how it is structured, how it scales and how it performs.
As Australia accelerates towards solar, batteries, electric vehicles and smarter energy use, Origin is building a connected ecosystem of electrification products to help customers participate in the energy transition. Our content must do more than explain these products. It must enable confident decisions and long-term relationships.
This is not a traditional design role in UX or graphic design. It is a content design role.
About the role
As Growth Content Manager – Electrification, you will shape how customers understand, adopt and engage with Origin’s growing suite of electrification solutions. This includes solar, home batteries, electric vehicle charging, smart usage optimisation and future focused energy plans.
You will craft clear, accessible and compelling communications across sales and service journeys. Your focus will be on driving growth through smart content design, ensuring customers can navigate their transition to renewable and electrified solutions with clarity and confidence.
Working closely with the Lead – Customer Communications Experience and Personalisation, you will take an end-to-end view of content delivery. Content in this role is not just written. It is architected. You will ensure communications are structured, reusable, automated and delivered efficiently across platforms.
You will operate in a dynamic environment where products evolve, regulations shift and customer expectations rise. You will need to think creatively within constraints, challenge existing build approaches and design scalable content solutions that balance compliance, clarity and innovation.

You can intuitively build content that sells
You instinctively understand commercial intent and know how to shape a sharp value proposition. You turn that into proof points that build trust and remove friction. From campaign landing pages to electrification product pages, you create content that drives uptake of solar, battery and EV solutions. You are confident owning CVPs, refining positioning and shaping narratives that fuel growth.
You understand how to pair SEO and AI fluency with longform content depth
You understand how search behaviour is evolving in the age of AI and structure content for discoverability, authority and relevance. You create high quality longform content that drives consideration, from solar battery guides to EV plan explainers and smart energy deep dives. You think in keyword intent and content clusters, building pages that perform across both traditional search and AI surfaced experiences.
You are someone who rolls up your sleeves and makes it happen
You move seamlessly from CVP development to FAQs, from longform guides to service micro-copy, from shaping a content framework/information architecture to building it in the CMS. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and do not wait for perfect briefs. You bring clarity, structure and momentum to complex and evolving streams.

Designing customer centric content experiences across digital sales and service communications

Leading content delivery for electrification streams including solar, batteries and electric vehicle solutions

Translating complex renewable and smart energy products into simple, human language

Building structured and reusable content within CMS and CRM platforms

Applying automation and personalisation to deliver the right message at the right moment

Partnering with product, technology and analytics teams to optimise customer journeys

Testing and iterating content based on behavioural insights and performance data

Continuously improving how content is built, governed and scaled across channels

What you will bring

Experience in content design, content strategy, delivery or digital communications particularly in a marketing function

Hands on experience working within CMS, CRM or automation environments

Confidence navigating structured content, modular systems and scalable builds

The ability to think creatively in complex and evolving environments

An understanding of the principles of retailing hard – you’ll be obsessed with content that converts

A strong grasp of customer behaviour and how communication influences decisions

A genuine interest in renewable energy and the electrification of Australian homes
