• Developing and supporting custom-built systems across cloud (AWS/Azure) and on-premise environments that operate at serious scale
• Taking end-to-end ownership of technical problems — from design and development through to testing and implementation
• Leveraging AI tools and automation to build smarter, move faster, and reduce manual effort across development and operations
• Collaborating with trading, risk, and settlement stakeholders to understand the business and deliver solutions that make a real difference
• Writing clean, robust .NET/C# code and contributing to continuous improvement in how we build and support systems
• Senior: mentoring and coaching engineers, setting technical standards, and being a trusted voice on complex design decisions

• 3+ years (mid) or 5+ years (senior) of software development experience with Microsoft .NET, ideally C#
• Strong database skills in Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Serve
• Solid experience with cloud platforms — AWS and/or Azure — and a desire to do more with them
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and genuinely curious about what they unlock
• Sharp problem-solving instincts and a natural bias toward automation over manual process
• A communicator who can translate technical detail clearly for non-technical stakeholders
• Senior: a mentor at heart — you grow the people around you and do it without making it a performance
• Tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in energy, financial trading, or mission-critical environments is a strong advantage
