About the role

Become part of a rapidly expanding team and contribute to the advancement of electric vehicle adoption across Australia.

Due to ongoing business growth, we are recruiting two newly established positions. The primary responsibility of these roles is to convert  inbound interest into successful EV acquisitions,

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage warm inbound EV enquiries and guide customers end-to-end through the sales journey
• Deliver consultative, value-led conversations around EV benefits, pricing and novated leasing
• Convert leads into sales
• Ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams while maintaining a great customer experience
• Act as an EV advocate, staying current on models, incentives and market trends
  
  

What will you bring?

• 3–5+ years’ experience in consultative or solution-based sales
• Strong closing capability with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Confident, engaging communication and the ability to simplify complex information
• Genuine interest in EVs, clean tech or future mobility
• Self-motivation, resilience and comfort working both autonomously and in a team
• CRM confidence and strong organisation skills
