About the role:
 

The Digital Product Manager will play a key role in transformative growth in acquiring new customers through digital channels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, you will define, scope, and deliver innovative campaigns, products, and customer experiences that stand out in the market.

 

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Lead Digital Product Manager to shape and execute the digital sales strategy, ensuring alignment with ambitious sales targets and growth objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Drive digital sales growth:
    • Develop and execute strategies across the following areas:
    • Drive conversion rates across digital channels.
    • Deliver outrageously good customer experiences.
    • Drive multi-product growth through cross-sell and upsell of additional products and services.
    • Manage cost to acquire to budget and find opportunities for efficiencies.
    • Ensure a consistent seamless experience for customers across digital channels
    • Ensure all digital sales interactions are compliant.
  • Strategic Leadership: Clearly articulate and translate vision and embed into teams; foster openness and transparency; concisely summarise the facts of a situation including the outcomes and actions taken.
  • Digital Product Roadmap: Working with the Lead Digital Product Manager and in consultation with the wider business, define and oversee the delivery roadmap that will transform Orign's digital sales experiences to be the leading digital energy experience.
  • Oversee Product Development: Work with the Head of Delivery - Digital Sales to oversee and govern delivery of your Digital portfolio roadmap to ensure projects are delivered on-time and to-budget requirements, for the achievement of targeted product KPIs.  Lead PIRs where appropriate to leverage continuous learning and improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure initiatives align with broader business strategy and priorities
  • Data-Driven Decision Making & Performance Management: Leverage data analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure the impact of digital sales initiatives. Regularly report on to progress to senior leadership.

 

What will you bring?

 

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, with a proven track record of transforming digital experiences and driving outcomes.
  • Expertise in digital sales with a demonstrated ability to achieve growth through digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of cost analysis, ROI, and connecting digital initiatives with business outcomes.
  • Skilled in guiding cross-functional squads with clear direction, context, and prioritization.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker, capable of developing long-term visions and applying new ideas to solve complex problems and drive growth.
  • Customer-focused, with a commitment to enhancing experiences and meeting customer needs through web and app platforms.
  • Adept at building collaborative partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and making data-driven decisions in fast-paced, agile environments.
