About the Role


We're looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our LPG Scheduling & Network team, supporting one of Australia's largest LPG distribution networks. This is a unique hybrid role that changes with the seasons. During summer, you'll step into the scheduler role, coordinating deliveries while covering peak annual leave across the team. During winter, your focus will shift to analytics—using forecasting outputs and telemetry data to optimise delivery timing, maintain smart device data and ensure our customers are always kept in gas. What You'll Be Doing

 

  • Coordinate LPG deliveries and optimise schedules to ensure customers receive their gas safely and on time.
  • Analyse forecasting outputs and telemetry data to prioritise deliveries, improve network efficiency and support customer demand.
  • Support and maintain a network of more than 25,000 telemetry devices, ensuring accurate data and system integrity across
  • Salesforce and our data platforms.Partner with Operations, Supply, Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve issues, improve processes and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

 

About You

 

You'll thrive in a role that combines operational coordination with analytical thinking and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who has:

 

  • Previous experience in scheduling, logistics coordination or workforce planning, ideally within transport, supply chain or field operations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, forecasts and trends to support operational decisions.
  • Experience working with planning, routing or scheduling systems, along with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • A proactive, organised approach with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering great customer outcomes.
