About the role
Are you passionate about eMobility and eager to shape the future of EV charging in Australia? Do you excel in managing strategic customer relationships, overseeing project delivery, and supporting businesses in their transition to sustainable energy solutions?
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our E-Mobility team. In this role, you will manage high-profile enterprise and public sector customers, ensuring seamless post-sales success in EV charging services.
As an integral part of the EV Charging sector, you will manage a diverse portfolio of strategic accounts, including:
- Customer Growth & Success – Act as the primary contact for existing EV charging customers, driving account expansion and ensuring satisfaction.
- Sales & Profitability – Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities to grow and optimise existing accounts.
- Project Delivery & Implementation – Oversee seamless handovers, onboarding, and execution of EV charging solutions.
- Operational Excellence – Develop and track SLAs and KPIs to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Strategic Advisory – Educate customers on Origin’s EV charging solutions and provide expert recommendations across our Origin Zero products and services.
- Continuous Improvement – Drive enhancements in service delivery, product performance, and customer engagement.

- Able to understand customer pain points, proactively address issues, and ensure long-term success.
- Comfortable navigating change, adjusting strategies, and finding innovative ways to improve processes.
- Experience in EV charging, construction, or energy transition (petrol to electric) will be highly valued.
- Skilled in handling multiple projects, managing risks, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Able to identify growth opportunities and work collaboratively with sales and delivery teams.
