About the Role

The Customer Operations Administrator plays a key role within Centralised Energy Services (CES), supporting the end-to-end customer journey across Hot Water and Embedded Networks. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, this role is responsible for managing customer communications, maintaining accurate standing data, supporting planned outages, and managing inbound and outbound operational enquiries. You’ll be part of a supportive operations team, focused on data integrity, compliance, continuous improvement, and delivering a strong customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage CES shared inboxes and support the resolution of complex customer enquiries and escalations
  • Coordinate outbound Life Support customer notifications in line with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate Hot Water and Embedded Network standing data within Kraken
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including Retail Operations, Risk, Compliance and Legal to resolve issues
  • Engage with external stakeholders such as Owners Corporations, Building Managers and management companies
  • Support reporting, data analysis, quality checks and continuous improvement initiatives

You’re organised, customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment. You enjoy working with data, collaborating across teams, and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
