About the role

As a Customer Connection Specialist, you’ll be responsible for coordinating new energy supply connections for C&I business customers across electricity and gas. You'll handle service requests, troubleshoot issues, liaise with builders and distributors, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. This is a 13-month limited term opportunity.

What will you bring?

You will bring experience in managing new connections, additions & alterations, and other service order types. You will also be a confident communicator and natural organiser, as well as a;

• Customer first mindset with a background in energy, or a similar space.
• Strong attention to detail and a drive to resolve issues fast and with care.
• A collaborative attitude—someone who thrives in a team environment and values building great internal and external relationships.
• A positive, proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced space.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
