About the role 

We’re looking for a confident, people-focused leader to run the day-to-day workplace experience at one of Origin Energy’s Melbourne site. As the face of the office, you’ll deliver a polished, welcoming environment that supports high performance and great culture. 

 

You’ll shape how people feel when they walk into the office, driving connection, supporting wellbeing and safety, and ensuring every visitor, employee and leader has a seamless, positive experience. You’ll also contribute nationally to uplift workplace standards across all Origin sites. Your responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Lead and coach a small front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service. 

  • Oversee daily operations including concierge, meeting rooms, events and communications. 

  • Drive culture through onboarding, site events, recognition moments and engagement activities. 

  • Build strong relationships with EAs, leaders and senior stakeholders to anticipate needs. 

  • Own a national focus area (e.g. events, contract admin, board liaison) to support consistency. 

  • Support safety, wellbeing and emergency preparedness across the site. 

 

What will you bring?  

You will bring strong emotional intelligence, staying calm and adaptable under pressure. With the ability to resolve issues quickly, influence with confidence, and engage effortlessly with everyone from visitors to executives. While always anticipating needs and lifting a positive experience. You will also have; 

  • Demonstrated experience in corporate workplace or front-of-house. 

  • 2–5 years people leadership with a strong service mindset. 

  • Experience in events, onboarding, site operations or customer service. 

  • Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. 

  • Strong awareness of safety, wellbeing and inclusive workplace practices.
