About the role

A new opportunity is now available for an Injury Management Coordinator to support the delivery of injury management services by coordinating processes, managing early-stage injury and illness cases, and assisting employees and leaders through early intervention and return-to-work programs. You’ll play a key role in supporting effective injury management across the business, ensuring timely coordination, strong stakeholder engagement, and a consistent employee experience.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating injury management processes, documentation & case updates
  • Supporting return-to-work plans and tracking case progression
  • Managing early-stage injury and illness cases with appropriate escalation support
  • Assisting with early intervention activities, programs and access to support services
  • Providing day-to-day support to employees, leaders and key stakeholders
  • Supporting consistent and streamlined injury management processes across the business

 

 

What will you bring?

  • Experience in administration, coordination or support roles
  • Exposure to injury management, RTW or workers compensation (desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear, empathetic communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
