About the role

 

As part of the Origin Retail Marketing team, this position leads the development of customer content across our core digital platforms, including the Origin app and website.

 

Reporting into our Content Design Principal, this position will be accountable for continuously improving and uplifting the digital experiences that we deliver to our customers. Your initial focus will be on Help and Service journeys, and refining this content to make it more accessible, more helpful and more impactful.

 

Working closely with the Customer Lifecycle team, you’ll feed into the existing customer lifecycle management and overall customer communications strategy, with a focus on digital self-serve journeys.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Oversee production of compelling and distinct content and communications for our customers, staff and stakeholders
  • Drive Customer Happiness and digital deflection results with content strategy, creation and execution. 
  • Bring new products and services to market, including things like chatbots and new digital products, to drive digital adoption.
  • Take ownership (alongside other senior marketing leaders) of Origin brand guidelines and brand voice and act as one of the key Brand Guardians to ensure our Brand voice is applied consistently across all touchpoints and executions.
  • Apply customer centric and design thinking, including using analytics and testing, to optimise content that drives customer acquisition and retention.
  • Alongside Content leadership and Platform Team, manage the Help and Support CMS platform governance and optimisation to ensure compliance with design system standards across the website.

 

What will you bring?

 

  • Extensive experience in dedicated content design roles, with experience mentoring others
  • Fluency and high competency with WordPress.
  • A tertiary qualification or industry experience in marketing, design, communications or similar
  • Experience in a UX / CX environment using design-centered thinking.
