About the role

As part of Origin’s Talent Acquisition function, we strive to recruit the most talented, dedicated, innovative and diverse workforce in the market, this exciting opportunity represents the chance for an experienced recruiter to hit the ground running and leverage their existing skills while diversifying to deliver across a breadth of role types.

In this 12 month limited term contract opportunity you will be Origin's voice to market, you’ll deliver compelling and bespoke sourcing strategies, develop strong relationships, as well as support tactical delivery. Committed to doing things differently, we pride ourselves on quality of hire, candidate experience and delivering true innovation. Responsibilities will include:

• Being the custodian of our candidate experience and ambassador of the Origin Energy brand in the market
• Developing and delivering end to end recruitment solutions across a range of job families (Engineering, IT, Digital, Marketing, P&C, Contact Centre, Senior Leadership and more)
• Supporting Origin's People Leaders through knowledge sharing, effective coaching and promotion of self-service channels
• Influencing, generating and delivering sourcing and engagement strategies for passive and active candidates
• Leveraging multiple sourcing methodologies and creative thinking to identify and map talent, including the use of AI, sourcing tools, and strong network-building capabilities
