About the Role



We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the team on a 6-month contract, supporting the discovery and delivery of new digital products and initiatives. This role will play a critical part in upfront product discovery, helping shape new opportunities, define requirements and ensure alignment between customer, business and technology outcomes. Working closely with CRM teams, Stream Leads and cross-functional stakeholders, you will maintain oversight across the product lifecycle as initiatives move from discovery through to build and delivery.Operating within a fast-paced digital environment, you will bring structure, clarity and coordination across multiple initiatives, ensuring teams are aligned, risks are identified early and delivery outcomes remain on track.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support discovery activities for new digital products, features and initiatives, including gathering, analysing and defining business and customer requirements
  • Partner with CRM teams, Stream Leads and delivery stakeholders to maintain end-to-end oversight as products progress through build and implementation
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify opportunities, risks, dependencies and delivery impacts early in the lifecycle
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows and actionable outcomes for delivery and technical teams
  • Support prioritisation and planning activities across multiple initiatives within a complex digital environment
  • Lead analysis of current and future state processes to support scalable and customer-focused product solutions
  • Drive collaboration across product, technology and operational teams to ensure alignment throughout discovery and delivery phases

 

About You



You are a highly collaborative and commercially minded professional with strong experience working across digital product, transformation or delivery environments. You enjoy working in ambiguity, connecting teams and ensuring initiatives move smoothly from concept through to delivery.


You will bring:

  • Strong experience in business analysis, discovery and stakeholder engagement within digital or product-led environments, end 2 end with CRMs and downstream systems
  • Experience working across the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through to delivery and implementation
  • Strong understanding of digital products, customer journeys and agile delivery environments
  • Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience coordinating across multiple workstreams and maintaining oversight across complex initiatives
  • A proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and delivery execution
