About the role

We’re looking for an engaging and commercially savvy Account Executive to join our sales team and help develop key national relationships.

This is an exciting role for someone who loves nurturing long‑term partnerships, keeping stakeholders informed through high‑quality communications, and ensuring every account feels valued, supported, and understood. You’ll play a vital part in strengthening our brand presence and helping customers navigate our solutions with confidence.

 Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships across a growing customer and partner base.
• Managing communication touchpoints, including the planning and delivery and customer updates.
• Supporting account growth through structured engagement and proactive communication.
• Working cross‑functionally to ensure customers and partners receive a seamless experience.
• Tracking partner performance and engagement trends to inform future strategy.

What will you bring?

• Demonstrated experience managing customer or partner portfolios (preferably large or high volume).
• Confidence working with senior external stakeholders, particularly in corporate or financial services contexts.
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, presentation.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and accounts while maintaining high service standards.
• Proactive mindset and passion for delivering an exceptional partnership experience.
