About the role

Join a tight‑knit team keeping Shoalhaven Power Station running safely and reliably. This is a hands‑on electrical role where you’ll learn, grow and work on real plant equipment in a live operating environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out day‑to‑day electrical maintenance and inspections
• Help operate plant safely during normal and planned works
• Work alongside teammates and contractors on site
• Follow site safety rules, permits and procedures
• Spot issues early and help keep equipment running well

What will you bring

• Electrical trade qualification
• Interest in power generation or heavy industry
• A strong focus on safety and doing the right thing
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a small team
• Good communication and a can‑do attitude
