About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to step into a Warehouse & Logistics Superintendent role that goes beyond traditional warehousing. You’ll take ownership of how inventory is governed, controlled and optimised across a national generation portfolio, while leading operations at our largest site, Eraring.

Working within Generation Asset Operations, you’ll partner across maintenance, operations and procurement to uplift how inventory is managed, ensuring the right parts are available at the right time to support safe, reliable energy delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and standardise inventory and warehousing practices across 9+ sites, establishing clear governance and control
  • Own and manage the Eraring warehouse, including critical spares and operational inventory
  • Improve inventory accuracy and visibility, aligning physical stock with system data
  • Embed consistent processes, standards and ways of working across the business
  • Partner across teams to ensure inventory supports maintenance, reliability and operational performance
  • Build team capability by coaching, setting expectations and driving accountability

This role is based at Eraring, with flexibility for Sydney-based candidates

About You

You are someone who understands that great warehousing isn’t just about movement of goods — it’s about control, governance and enabling operational performance.

You bring experience leading warehousing or inventory functions in large-scale, industrial environments, and you’re comfortable working across multiple sites and stakeholders to deliver consistent outcomes.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Experience leading warehouse, logistics or inventory functions in a complex, operational environment
  • The ability to improve processes and embed consistent ways of working across teams or sites
  • Strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
  • Experience using systems (e.g. SAP or similar) to manage inventory and improve visibility
  • A leadership style that focuses on coaching, accountability and building team capability

We recognise that people come from a range of backgrounds and experiences. If you bring transferable skills and can see yourself in this role, we’d encourage you to apply.
