About the role:
This is a hands-on planning role where you’ll take ownership of developing and maintaining integrated maintenance plans and schedules that support safe, reliable and efficient operations at Eraring. Working across a “team of teams”, you’ll bring together maintenance, production, engineering and logistics inputs to ensure the right work is delivered at the right time, with clear visibility of risks, resources and priorities.

- Develop and maintain accurate short to long-term maintenance schedules
- Ensure schedules are executable, resource-balanced and aligned to plant reliability priorities
- Coordinate planning activities across maintenance, production, engineering and logistics teams
- Support safe execution by factoring in permit-to-work, isolation and operational constraints
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, schedule quality and reliability outcomes
What will you bring?
- Experience in maintenance planning & scheduling within an asset-intensive or operational environment
- Strong working knowledge of SAP or equivalent CMMS and work management systems
- Experience supporting work in a permit-to-work environment
- Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
- Strong planning, problem-solving and communication skills with a focus on safety and reliability
