About the role:


Deliver accurate and executable maintenance schedules, ensuring the right work is completed at the right time to support safe and efficient execution of maintenance and the delivery of reliable plant performance.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Deliver week +1 to +12 maintenance schedules and provide long-term planning support to forecast maintenance activities.
  • Facilitate scheduling activities for Generation Asset Operations, ensuring the right work is competed at the right time to deliver fleet performance, reliability and strategy compliance outcomes.
  • Support the development and ongoing improvement of asset strategies and associated master data.
  • Support operational performance to deliver exceptional outcomes in process safety, asset management, plant reliability and budget management.
  • Operate with a team approach ensuring effective communication and positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Initiate and support Continuous Improvement activities throughout all areas of maintenance planning, scheduling and execution. 

 

What will you bring?

 

  • Previous experience in heavy industry is essential.
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling using a CMMS system.
  • High level understanding of Asset Management & Work Management with proven ability of applying and governing within an operational environment.
  • Engineering or trade qualification with experience that supports delivery of the role.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement – both written and verbal.
  • High level capability utilising SAP within the EAM system for Management of Work
