About the role:
Join Origin Energy as a Senior Terminal Operator in Eden, where you will be essential to our operations. Your hands-on tasks will include filling and testing LPG cylinders, loading and unloading trucks, and delivering LPG to residential and commercial customers. As part of a small, dedicated team, you will help ensure the terminal operates efficiently.

This position provides opportunities for cross-training in all terminal operations, allowing for potential advancement into a leadership role. With regular hours from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and additional overtime during busy periods, you’ll enjoy a stable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the filling of LPG cylinders and tanks
• Conduct testing of LPG cylinders and operate filling, transfer, and testing equipment
• Operate forklifts and other vehicles as required
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist with scheduled maintenance activities
• Maintain a clean and organised terminal environment
• Safely deliver LPG cylinders to domestic and commercial customers

What you will bring:

• A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence with truck driving experience
• A Dangerous Goods (DG) license or a willingness to obtain one
• Strong physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and manoeuvring cylinders
• A commitment to safety and adherence to protocols
• Experience in handling hazardous substances (desirable)
• A solid work ethic and positive attitude
