About the role:

Ready to play a key role in ensuring high‑quality, compliant land access outcomes? As our Access Officer, based in Chinchilla, you’ll be the engine room behind the preparation, quality control and governance of crucial land access documentation.

You’ll collaborate closely with Land Access, and various Stakeholder specialists, bringing accuracy, clarity and consistency to the documents and processes that keep our projects moving.

Why the role matters?

Your work ensures our agreements, notices and access documentation are accurate, compliant and ready for execution. You will:

• Prepare, review and quality‑check access documents, entry notices and agreement packages.
• Maintain governance frameworks that ensure contracts and access agreements are executed correctly.
• Manage key systems that store, track and verify access‑related records.
• Support due diligence, investigations and reporting through accurate documentation.
• Streamline templates and processes to increase efficiency and reduce rework.

What will you bring?

You excel at transforming complex information into clear, accurate and compliant documentation. You bring:

• Experience in contract preparation, governance or land access support.
• Confidence working with statutory, legal and contractual requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality documentation.
• Clear, respectful communication with a focus on building effective working relationships.
• Strong digital literacy and confidence navigating systems, workflows and document tools.
