About the role

Based in Cairns and working closely with the Terminal Manager and Leading Hand, you'll be responsible for the effective and safe delivery of LPG products to Domestic, Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural customers. With a focus on safety and OH&S compliance, you will ensure that Origin is meeting needs of our customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of LPG to customers across metro and regional Cairns area
• General maintenance and cleaning duties of vehicles
• Complete multiple deliveries from the LPG Bulk Terminal in Cairns
• Participation in safety activities including HSE meetings, observations, emergency response, incident reporting and audits
• Ensuring that deliveries are made in an accurate and timely manner as per the daily scheduled requirements
• Undertake and complete daily / weekly / monthly checks of assigned delivery vehicles and complete appropriate checklists in accordance with Origin Energy Operational Procedures
• Reporting any customer Site Installation Defects or Hazards in the required format

What will you bring?

To be considered for this role, you will be experienced working in a logistics environment and display the below licences/attributes:

• A Heavy Rigid and Dangerous Goods Licence is required for this role
• Experience adhering to health and safety requirements
• Motivated and able to use your own initiative
• Good customer service skills to be used when meeting Origin Energy customers
