• Shapes surface facility strategies that directly influence asset value, cost, schedule and operational performance.
• Enables safe, compliant and sustainable management of produced water, permeate, brine and salt across operated fields.
• Brings together subsurface, production and engineering inputs to identify optimisation opportunities and alternative development concepts.
• Supports critical development decisions through robust technical assessment, water balance modelling and economic evaluation.
• Drives practical innovation by progressing new surface facility solutions and trials from idea through to implementation.

What will you bring?

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with solid experience in surface facilities, water, brine or related infrastructure.
• Solid experience in a relevant engineering discipline (process, chemical, civil or environmental); CSG or upstream experience is advantageous.
• Strong technical judgement with the ability to solve complex problems, manage risk and work through uncertainty.
• Confidence collaborating across disciplines and aligning stakeholders on technical, commercial and value trade‑offs.
• Experience developing surface facility concepts, supporting project stage gates, and preparing long‑term cost and schedule estimates.
• RPEQ (or the ability to work towards registration within six months) and a strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement and Origin’s values.
