About the role:

We're looking for two Planning & Scheduling Leads to join our Operations team in Brisbane. One role will focus on Field Operations and the other on Facilities, leading teams of planners and schedulers to ensure critical work is planned, ready and delivered safely and efficiently across our assets. Also open to the role being based at Roma, Chinchilla or Miles.

Why the role matters?

• Lead and develop a team of planners and schedulers, building capability and consistent ways of working across the Field or Facilities stream.
• Own schedule readiness, forecasting and delivery insights to ensure critical work is planned and executed at the right time.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Execution teams to align priorities and improve delivery outcomes.
• Protect schedule integrity by balancing business priorities, operational risks and production impacts.
• Drive continuous improvement through data, digital tools, automation and smarter planning practices.

What will you bring?

• A background in planning, scheduling or maintenance coordination within oil & gas, resources, utilities or another complex industrial environment.
• The ability to lead, coach or influence others and bring teams together around shared outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems such as SAP PM, eAMS or similar platforms.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to navigate competing priorities and drive decisions.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for improving processes, systems and ways of working. Experience with Primavera P6, Power BI or similar tools will be highly regarded.
