About the role:

As a Management Accountant, you’ll partner closely with the business and a wide range of stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely and transparent financial insights that help guide decision‑making, enhance performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Provide clear, insightful financial advice that supports effective decision‑making across the business.
• Prepare timely and accurate reporting, analysis and interpretation of costs, trends and key performance metrics.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and planning processes by engaging stakeholders, reviewing inputs and supporting strong financial governance.
• Complete month‑end activities, including journals and reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance and transparency.
• Support joint venture and project‑related financial activities, including cost allocations, capitalisation reviews, and other priority projects.

What will you bring?

• Qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or a related field, along with CA or CPA accreditation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build respectful, positive working relationships.
• A continuous‑improvement mindset and the ability to remain calm, thoughtful and solutions‑focused in busy periods.
• Experience in management accounting, budgeting or forecasting (industry experience in gas or heavy assets is welcomed but not essential).
