About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead – Data & Analytics to lead the delivery of data and analytics outcomes across Integrated Gas. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team across data engineering, analytics and visualisation, ensuring the business can confidently use trusted data to drive operational and commercial decisions.You'll combine strong leadership with delivery expertise, guiding teams through the end-to-end delivery of data products while fostering a culture focused on quality, continuous improvement and customer value. Drawing on your background in data or analytics, you'll provide informed leadership, challenge decisions where needed, and support your team to deliver high-quality outcomes.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution—leading people, partnering with stakeholders and embedding modern data and AI-enabled ways of working that create measurable value for the business and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of data products, including dashboards, self-service analytics, governed data assets and reporting solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team across data engineering, analytics and visualisation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and deliver outcomes aligned to operational and commercial objectives.
• Provide informed leadership across data and analytics delivery, using your technical background to guide decision-making, ask the right questions and support your team's success.
• Champion modern data and AI capabilities, identifying opportunities to improve decision-making, automation and business performance.
• Manage delivery plans, priorities and risks while balancing speed, scalability and sustainable delivery.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and customer-focused outcomes.
• Manage data platform costs, including Snowflake and Databricks, within budget.

About You

You're an experienced delivery leader with a background in data, analytics or data engineering and a passion for developing high-performing teams. While your focus is now on leading people and delivering outcomes, your technical foundation enables you to understand delivery challenges, ask insightful questions and provide informed guidance to your team.

You'll also bring:

• Experience leading multidisciplinary data or analytics teams within complex or operational environments.
• Previous experience in a data analyst, data engineering or similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks and contemporary analytics delivery practices.
• Proven ability to lead delivery, prioritise work and build trusted relationships across business and technology teams.
• A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• An interest in emerging data and AI capabilities and how they can create value for the business.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
